Vogue Property Styling take the hard work out of preparing your property for sale, ensuring your property presents to its full potential. We offer full property styling for your vacant home; partial styling where we work with your existing furniture and furnishings; and pre sale consultations where we can provide you with expert advise on how to prepare your property to maximise the sale price.
Full Property Styling
We approach each property as a blank canvas, creating rooms that will showcase the best features of the home to prospective buyers. As each home is different, we customise a package to suit the individual needs of each property. Our packages include an initial consultation, furniture hire for an eight week period, a qualified stylist to style your property, professional removalist services, and insurance of the furniture whilst in the property.
Partial Styling
If you would like us to work with your existing furniture we can offer partial property styling. On our initial consultation we will discuss your requirements, access your furniture and provide a proposal based on furniture and furnishings required.
Pre Sale Consultation
In order to maximise the value of your property, you may like to engage us earlier in the process with our Pre Sale Consultation Service. We are able to provide you with recommendations for any improvements required to the property, along with paint colours, flooring and window furnishings.
The Styling Process
Consultation
A Vogue Property Styling stylist will meet with you at your property to discuss your requirements, and to provide you with our recommendations and advice on how you can best prepare your home for sale, and the services we offer.

Pricing
We will provide you a Styling Proposal detailing the furniture and furnishings we recommend for your home, along with a quote.

Booking your Install
Let us know you would like to proceed and we will reserve a date for you, prepare the necessary documentation and book things in with our Removalists.

Install Day
We will arrive to style the house with our our removalists. At this stage we ask that you vacate the property and allow us to create the perfect look for your home. Upon your return, you will experience how a buyer will view your home for the first time.

Pick Up
Once contracts have exchanged and your sale is confirmed, our team will arrive to remove all furniture and furnishings.
